LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operation Manager to oversee daily center operations, manage staff and clients, and ensure the smooth execution of all activities at our wellness center.Position DetailsRole: Operation ManagerLocation: Bhopal (Candidates must be from Bhopal or nearby areas)Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience & Skills)Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Preferably in Wellness, Hospitality, or Service Industry)Ideal Candidate- Strong leadership and operations management skills- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience- Excellent communication in English & Hindi- Skilled in client handling and relationship management- Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability- Professional, disciplined, and customer-centric attitude- Basic computer and administrative proficiency- Ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive mindset- Interest or knowledge in Wellness & Ayurveda is a plusKey Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness center- Manage and support staff members for consistent high performance- Handle client relationships and ensure top-quality service delivery- Coordinate between departments for smooth communication- Monitor productivity, scheduling, and resource management- Ensure efficient administrative and operational functioningHow to ApplySend your CV: : | Join AAYYAAM WELLNESS PVT.
