Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead Python Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable Python applications.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design and develop Python-based software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Python development.

- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

- Lead and contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Python development.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with a good understanding of its ecosystem.

- Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.

- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.
