Hands-on Experience with M365, OCM, Central Platform Viva Engage
We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), Organizational Change Management (OCM), and the Central Platform Viva Engage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in integrating these platforms and fostering collaboration across various tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- M365 Expertise: Utilize and manage Microsoft 365 applications to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- OCM Proficiency: Implement and support Organizational Change Management strategies and methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. This includes developing change management plans, conducting impact analyses, and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Viva Engage Integration: Manage and integrate the Central Platform Viva Engage with all relevant tools and platforms to streamline communication and collaboration.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by leveraging integrated platforms and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Support and Training: Provide support and training to users to maximize the effectiveness of M365, OCM, and Viva Engage platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with M365, OCM, and Viva Engage.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in integrating and managing collaborative platforms.
- OCM Methodologies: Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, Lewin’s Change Management Model, or Prosci Change Management.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and user adoption.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address integration challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in M365 and OCM.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries that heavily utilize collaborative platforms.
