Technical Competencies-1.Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.2.3-5 years of experience in Process design and formability Simulation, preferably in the automotive sheet metal parts.3.Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as CATIA, and simulation software, such as Auto Form or LS-DYNA.4.Experience with concept of CNC machining, EDM, & Manufacturability.
Working Conditions-Process Design & Simulation Engineers typically work in an office environment but may spend time on the manufacturing floor to oversee tool try-outs or troubleshoot production issues. This position may require occasional travel to customer sites or manufacturing facilities. This role may also require working extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines or production schedules
