Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Highway Engineer. While the position is based in Balaghat, some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Highway Engineer will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of highways and roads, conducting feasibility studies, and managing various infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering plans, liaising with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Highway Design and Civil Engineering Design
  • Expertise in Highway Engineering and conducting Feasibility Studies
  • Experience managing Infrastructure Projects
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional engineering license is an advantage
