Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build a pipeline of prospects interested in Mudgar Club’s products.
Sales Presentation & Conversion
- Present Mudgar Club’s products and explain their benefits to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research & Feedback
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve offerings.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, or traditional fitness practices is a bonus.
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month (based on experience).
