Mobile Development Architect (Drive)


Job Description :


Responsibilities :


- Design and architect scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native framework.


- Lead the technical design and development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.


- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development processes and improve product quality.


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.


- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimisations to ensure code quality and performance.


- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.


- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement and delivery :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 7-13 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile application development.


- Strong proficiency in React Native framework and JavaScript ecosystem.


- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex mobile applications from concept to delivery.


- Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns, such as Flux, Redux, MVC, MVVM, etc.


- Experience with performance optimisation, debugging, and troubleshooting in React Native applications.


- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.


- Relevant certifications and contributions to open-source projects are desirable.
