Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle the ERP coordination and Implementation- Coordinate and Improve overall IT operations- Providing end-to-end IT solutions to end users.- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems and attend hardware, software, and network issues.- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.- Backup of user’s data/ERP data/machine software data (barcode/HRMS)/ CCTV and management’s personal data follow-up.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms, Windows Server, Active Directory, ERP, and Microsoft 365.- Should have Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.- Understanding of ERP modules and ERP software.
