About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent across various functions and levels. This role focuses on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and creating an engaging interview process.- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with company goals.- Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles through targeted development programs.- Create and manage succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.- Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
