The role will work on all strategies needed for digital marketing with a major focus on performance marketing to lead generation The company is on a fast track growth journey and needs someone who has taken the company from 10 to 100 and managed large spends.Please note this role prefers someone who started from a top media agency where he/she focussed on digital and later led digital marketing for a leading startup. Key responsibilities:- Handle the entire digital marketing strategy, budget and team.-Plan and strategize for demand generation campaigns using paid digital channels.- Monitor KPIs and establish mechanisms to measure performance across different platforms.- Work with Senior Stakeholders on digital marketing strategies and create execution plans.- Analyse campaign outcomes and undertake regular performance report, based insights.- Own, optimize and improve conversion rates across all digital marketing channels.- Maintaining and grow company's LinkedIn and social media presence.To fit the bill:- 10+ years in running digital marketing initiatives for leading startups-Experience of working in a leading marketing agency followed by a startup-Led digital marketing for a company that went from 10-100 growth- Managed large budgets and teams- Strong analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms.- Excellent communication skills.If you think you fit the bill, then do send us a compelling cover letter which mentions your exposure to B2C along with your preferred location and current CTC.
