Job Description:Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging social media content (visuals, videos, and text) for platforms such as Instagram, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter, aligning with Raveshia's brand and project launches.PPC Ad Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.Email and WhatsApp Campaigns: Design, manage, and optimize targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns to effectively promote properties, events, and new developments. Build segmented contact lists, track engagement, and adjust strategies to enhance open and conversion rates.Campaign Execution: Execute social media, PPC, email, and WhatsApp campaigns to promote new projects, events, and company initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.Community Engagement: Actively monitor, engage with, and respond to our online audience, fostering a positive community around the Skyland brand.Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for social media, PPC, email, and WhatsApp campaigns, drawing insights to continuously improve performance and inform future strategies.A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for PPC, email, and social media campaigns to refine ad performance and maximize conversion rates.Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to keep Skyland Properties at the forefront of digital real estate marketing.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Job SpecsFamiliarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and content marketing principles.Experience with audience segmentation, budgeting, and bid management.Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate Developer Co.
