Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Mdm Business Analyst / Process Analyst located in Bengaluru South. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing master data, and developing strategies to optimize data quality and integrity. The daily tasks include collaborating with different departments, gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Business Process Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Process Improvement skills
  • Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality Management, and Data Integrity knowledge
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the insurance or consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
