Position Overview:


Medviant Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, you will take on HR administrative responsibilities to contribute to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies for various roles within the pharmaceutical field.
  • Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet desired qualifications; conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and interest.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams; provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments, technical tests, and evaluations as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.


Talent Pipeline & Networking:

  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by identifying potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and conferences to network and connect with potential candidates.
  • Establish relationships with universities and professional organizations to tap into emerging talent.


HR Administrative:

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR policies.
  • Manage the candidate tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding process, including paperwork completion, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its various roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interviewing skills, with the ability to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to stay current with industry trends and best practices.


Location: Remote

Compensation: 4 to 6 LPA

Shift : Night Shift (Between 07 PM to 04 AM)
