Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Architect with a B Arch degree to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As an Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring compliance with various building codes and regulations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Architectural Design (Mandatory skill): Proficient in architectural design and creative problem-solving to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.
  • Building Codes Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations to ensure all projects meet legal and safety standards.
  • Construction Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery within the budget.
  • AutoCAD Proficiency: Skilled in using AutoCAD software for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans.
  • Site Planning: Competence in planning and organizing site layouts to optimize the use of space and resources.
  • Structural Engineering: Knowledge of structural engineering principles to ensure the stability and durability of building designs.
  • Sustainable Design: Understanding of sustainable design practices to create eco-friendly and energy-efficient buildings.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints for a variety of building projects.
  • Ensure all architectural plans comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and oversee the execution of architectural plans to guarantee quality and precision.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings.
  • Conduct site analysis and planning to determine project feasibility and optimal use of space.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers and other professionals to integrate various system designs into the architecture.
