Role Description This is a contract (renewable) on-site role for a Data Scientist - Cloudera/MLOps to be based in Saudi Arabia for one of our esteemed overseas clients. But if the candidate joins in India, then it may be converted into a fulltime permanent position. The incumbent is expected to develop, deploy, and operationalize machine learning models within Cloudera Machine Learning (CML) environment, implementing MLOps practices for AI use cases. WFH/Remote working would not be allowed as per client requirements. This is an urgent vacancy, IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED. Key Responsibilities Develop and train machine learning models for the 5 defined business use cases Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines on Cloudera Machine Learning (CML) Feature engineering using the validated CDEs from the data foundation Model validation, testing, and performance monitoring Implement model versioning, tracking, and reproducibility Develop model monitoring for performance drift and data quality issues Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data feeds for models Create model documentation including technical specifications and business impact Optimize models for performance and scalability in production Implement model explainability and interpretability frameworks Required Qualifications Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 5+ years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch) Experience with Big Data platforms and distributed computing Understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with a collaborative attitude. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
