Talent Management Specialist

Clario is seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist to join our global talent development team on a fixed-term contract at our Bangalore location. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver impactful, interactive training sessions in areas such as communication, customer service, leadership, and more. You will be instrumental in enhancing the skills of Clario employees worldwide through both in-person and virtual training programs. What you will be doing
The Talent Management Specialist helps deliver annual processes as well as coordinates, develops and delivers interactive, impactful training in various areas including but not limited to communication, customer service, leadership, new hire orientation and other soft skills courses. The Talent Management and Development team provides in-person and virtual training and coaching to Clario employees located across all locations.
Develop Communications and Plans for Annual Processes
Test Annual Processes
Report on data points from processes and training
Participate in the design, delivery, coordination and measurement of development events and training programs
Lead instructional design projects that align with the business goals and drive results
Develop training materials, including participant guides, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, job aides, and e-learning materials
Research and identify innovative training content and methods to employ creative interactive classroom and webinar design strategies
Collaborate with external vendors to support learning curriculum
Consult with others to develop constructive learning interventions and individual development planning
Consistently seek to approve learning methods and materials
Use data to continually evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and programs
Conduct needs assessments and surveys to help prioritize organizational actions around talent development
Utilize effective time management, organizational and project management skills to coordinate events and programs
Delivers instructor led, blended, group facilitation & remote sessions
Support implementation and tracking of new talent management and LMS technologies
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Master’s Degree a plus.
3+ years of work experience in designing, developing and/or delivering learning for multiple modalities
Practical experience consulting with business partners to identify needs and develop innovative solutions
Knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning, knowledge management in virtual and classroom environments
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines & thrive with ambiguity
Program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and managing change
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing to audiences at all levels of leadership
Advanced skills in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of survey assessment and evaluation tools
Significant knowledge and experience in organizational development, change management and excellent project management skills
Anticipates, recognizes, and clearly defines problems using various techniques in order to propose solutions
Achieves results in the face of challenge and obstacles
Contracts and collaborates with business leaders and collaborate with HR partners in a fast-paced, complex business environment to develop the best solutions
Proven track record of implementing programs that are aligned to the business strategy
