Job Overview We are looking for experienced Backend Developers skilled in Golang to build and enhance backend services for a large-scale platform. The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering capabilities, a good understanding of microservices, MongoDB, and experience with modern development/testing practices. Experience with Temporal workflow is a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang . Work with MongoDB for data modelling, queries, and performance tuning. Design and implement scalable microservices and REST-based APIs. Build workflows using Temporal (good to have, not mandatory). Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing and integration testing . Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployments. Troubleshoot production issues and participate in performance improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end. Required Skills 5+ Years of Experience Strong, hands-on experience with Golang development. Good understanding of MongoDB (schema design, indexing, queries). Experience building backend/microservices in distributed systems. Knowledge of Temporal Workflow is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps , CI/CD, code quality, and testing frameworks. Experience writing unit tests and integration tests . Ability to work in an agile development environment. GitHub Copilot familiarity is preferred. Why Join Us?
