About the role:
We are seeking a skilled German language instructor to join our team, dedicated to providing high-quality language education to healthcare professionals, primarily nurses. This is a high-impact role and you will get a chance to work with a stellar team of professionals for a fast-growing international startup.
Location - Noida and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging German language courses tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Develop course materials, including interactive exercises, specialised vocabulary related to healthcare, and practical language usage scenarios.
- Conduct assessments to monitor progress and provide feedback to help students improve their language skills effectively.
- Organise and facilitate language practice sessions, including role-plays and simulations relevant to healthcare settings.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide guidance and support to students preparing for German language certification exams.
Requirements:
- Proficient and certified in German at a C1 level or above, with excellent communication skills in both German and English. Knowledge of regional Indian languages would be a bonus.
- A bachelor’s degree in German, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience in teaching German, preferably with a focus on adult education or professional training.
- Experience in curriculum development and the ability to tailor courses to meet specific learning outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple classes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology in German is an asset.
