Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Dean of Learning and Development, located in Nagpur. The Dean of Learning and Development will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs, overseeing the development and delivery of curriculum, and ensuring that teaching methods align with institution standards. The Dean will also manage faculty recruitment and training, evaluate educational outcomes, and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement efforts.
