Roles and Responsibilities for React JS Team Lead

  • Lead and manage a team of React JS developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, robust React-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices through regular code reviews and continuous integration.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance and career development support to team members.
  • Plan project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in React and frontend development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Skills for React JS Team Lead

  • Strong proficiency in and its core principles.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Solid understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
  • Proficient with version control systems like Git.
  • Good knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.
