As a Transport Analyst , you will play a vital role in supporting the transportation operations of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing transportation data, optimizing supply chain processes, and providing insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transportation operations and contribute to the overall success of our logistics department.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Transport SPOC: First point of contact to the transport users for the resolution of their queries within defined TAT.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data, transportation costs, carrier performance, and transit times, to identify trends and patterns of Employees transportation.
Transport Optimization: Collaborate with the transport supplier team to optimize transportation routes and modes to ensure cost-efficiency and timely Pick-up and Drop of the Employees.
Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation service partner, providing regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.
Fleet Audit and Payment: Review and audit transportation invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
Fleet Management: Evaluate Fleet performance and work with fleet partners to address any issues, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships.
Supply Chain Planning: Contribute to supply chain planning by analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels and office schedules to optimize transportation requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with transportation regulations and ensure compliance with Central/State transportation laws and requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in transportation operations and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Technology Utilization: Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software tools to streamline transportation processes and enhance data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Employee Experience and individual Business units to coordinate transportation activities and support overall supply chain objectives.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2 to 4 years proven experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in transportation and logistics.
Position requires 24X5 environment.
