Job Summary: We are seeking a young and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will manage social media accounts of a reputed personality on Facebook, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
For this role you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field.
Availability on call/texts whenever required
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience in content management.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Previous working experience with celebrity/cricketer will be a plus
Knowing Marathi or Tamil will be a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:- Create, manage, and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
Content Creation and Management:- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos). Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
Community Engagement: Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Engage with the community on social media platforms, building a positive online reputation.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Platform-Specific Tasks: Facebook: Manage the content calendar, run Facebook ads, engage with followers, and participate in relevant groups. YouTube : Strategy and management of content, scheduling and posting with a quick TAT. Boost videos and use of SEO Instagram: Develop a consistent visual aesthetic, manage Instagram stories, reels, and IGTV content, engage with followers, and use Instagram insights for reporting. X: Stay up to date with ongoing conversations and suggest ways to interact and put forward the opinion/thoughts of the entity you're managing.
Trend Monitoring and Competitor Analysis:- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Monitor competitors’ activities and create strategies based on insights.
