Key Responsibilities: · Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. · Finalization of financial statements as per Ind AS / Companies Act. · Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. · Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. · Handle MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for management. · Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations. · Support strategic planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. · Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities. · Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies. · Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team for efficient performance.
