Responsibilities3-7 years of experience in Planisware application supportResponsible for Planisware Production Support activities for IT Steering Team.Understand the functional scope & User interaction.Should be a self-driven, motivated and have strong passion for technology.Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.Involve in User TestingPerform complex production analysis and monitoringTo innovate & involve in automation /optimisation topics

Profile RequiredPlanisware Support & maintenance experienceUnix Basic commandsDBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server basic knowledgeJava scripting
