1. Project Management:

-Efficiently create and manage project workflows from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed within specified timelines and budgets.


2. Timeline Development:

-Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules, keeping track of deadlines and milestones.


3. Team Collaboration and Management:

-Collaborate with various teams including project, creative, and technical teams to understand project briefs and scopes of each BAU/VAS/Campaign project, and ensuring alignment across all departments.

- Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to track progress, and provide feedback for proactive problem-solving.

-Ensure all team members adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and standards.


4. Resource Allocation:

-Prioritize projects based on urgency and importance, assigning resources effectively to optimize task execution and meet deadlines.


5. Quality Assurance:

-Conduct audits of deliverables on technical aspects to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

-Review accuracy and completeness of information to be shared with project, & functional teams.


6. Task Tracking System:

-Support the implementation of a robust system to track assignments and monitor their progress, facilitating transparency and accountability within the team.


7. Issue Identification:

-Monitor project statuses closely, identifying any potential issues or delays, and taking proactive measures to address them promptly.

-Supervise quality checks of deliverables on technical aspects.


8. Reporting and Solution Development:

-Report any project-related issues to management, actively contributing to the development of effective solutions and strategies to mitigate risks.

-Prepare and present regular status reports, risk reports, and Job Status Reports (JSRs) to stakeholders, providing insights into project progress, challenges, and achievements.


9. Vendor Management:

-Supervise vendor management activities as needed, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to project objectives and timelines.


10. Asset/Resource Management:

-Maintain and share asset/resource usage and cost trackers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to budget constraints.


11. Analysis and Review:

-Gather feedback from all teams, audits, to accordingly make assessments, adjustments, and share insights & updates with management.

-Study and apply learnings from analysis & research available with client and strategy teams to improve product/industry knowledge and optimize the delivery process.


12. Training and Development:

-Provide training on custom SOPs and modules to team members, fostering continuous learning and development to enhance project execution capabilities.

-Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies.


13. Team Growth:

-Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately
