We are looking for a Qualified Architect with 15 to 18 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. This role involves responsibility towards enhancing & strengthening relationships with existing clients and exploring new Business development opportunities as well in Bangalore and Chennai locations. He / She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction documentation. Arch or equivalent). A Master's degree in Construction or Project Management is desirable.Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office, Revit (mandatory), and Photoshop.Experience: 15-18 years of experience with an architectural consultancy firm, including at least 10 years in mixed-use or commercial projects, leading a team of at least 10 people. They must have completed at least two projects of a minimum of 1 million square feet from start to finish. Additionally, they should possess strong networking with the owners or top management of the top 3 developers in the city, preferably having worked on projects with top developers like DLF, Prestige, Brigade, Embassy, or RMZ in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi.Behavioral Competencies: Strong visualization skills, ability to work under strict deadlines, good coordination and communication skills, leadership qualities, mentoring abilities, good team spirit, and strong problem-solving skills.Values: Must be dedicated to upholding the company's long-established reputation for honesty and integrity in all business relationships, consistently demonstrating reliability by delivering on promises.Travel & Work needs: Should be able to travel outstation for project site visits which may also require more than 2 days stay.
