for Mphasis client in EMEA and willing to support network assessment and escalated support for Operation team, having experience of minimum of 8+ years in Network security and cloud networking.

Technical Skills:· Experience in managing cisco

Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Azure Firewall including Access Control Policy, NAT deployment and all Security features.· Strong understanding on

IPsec tunnel, NAT rules and configuration of site-to-site VPN· troubleshooting experience on

Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) & SI for Networks· Experience in working on

Azure Networking, Azure Firewall & Cisco Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)· Hands on experience and good understanding of

Azure cloud Network, DevOps (Terraform, PowerShell), Zscaler.· Strong understanding of enterprise network technology· Ability to create and keep up to date technical solution and documentation. Ability to monitor network health and performance.· Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access.· Ability to work with others to identify risks and find solutions to meet business needs.· Experience analyzing network infrastructure and identifying performance areas and point of failures.· Provide Technical Support for issues escalated by Level 2/3 Operations· Coordinates activities with other system areas and vendors, and deals with network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing.

Non-Technical Skills:· Knowledge on ITIL framework· Knowledge on other ITIL process – Change, Problem, Asset Configuration Mgmt., Capacity, Availability· Ability to play active role in global networking group including ability to lead networking projects.· High dedication and ability to manage complicated cross-platform cases.· Create, Review, and Approve technical designs, specifications, and statement of work documents.· Consult, Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams.· Maintains a high degree of technical readiness, prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements using the latest technologies. Analyzing Risks, Gaps in existing environment and resolve them. Should have capability to influence others to achieve results.· Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language appropriate to both executive and managerial audiences.:· Effective Business Communication· Excellent spoken and written English language skills.· Excellent active listening skills· Attitude to feedback/willing to learn.· Positive attitude to change.· Team Player· Confident and ability handle/own client meetings· Ability to effectively manage relationships with other infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and customer representatives.
