Design & Conceptualization :


- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.



- Develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and business :


- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet the needs of the target audience.



- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and Consistency :


- Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all platforms.


- Update and refine existing design assets to keep them current and aligned with brand Management :


- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.



- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with team members and & Iteration :



- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques as needed.


Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


- Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.



- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an :



- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.


- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling designs that meet business Skills :


- Strong communication and presentation skills.


- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.


- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


- Strong time management and organizational Qualifications :


- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.


- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
