KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Brand Management:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity.

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.

• Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for Servify.

2. Public Relations:

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Servify’s visibility and reputation in the market. • Build and maintain relationships with media and industry partners.

• Attend conventions, conferences, and events, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed and provide post-event reports and analysis.

3.Digital Marketing:

• Ensure consistency in digital brand messaging across all online marketing materials and channels.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online brand presence. • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and other relevant channels.

4. Customer Insights and Data Analytics:

• Leverage customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.

• Use these insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring they are customer-centric and data-driven. 5. Data-driven decision-making:

• Leverage analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of campaigns and strategies.

6. International Market Exposure:

• Utilise knowledge of international markets to expand the brand’s global presence.

• Adapt brand strategies to cater to different international audiences.


REQUIRMENTS:

1. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech industry.

2. Proficiency in digital marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms).

3. Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision making.

4. Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and analytics.

5. Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with after-sales and product protection services is highly desirable.
