Policy and Procedure: Develop, implement, and enforce department policies and procedures. Recommend revisions to incorporate best practices and adapt to new threats. Operations Oversight: Manage daily surveillance activities, including monitoring security systems, CCTV, and access control equipment to ensure proper functionality. Investigation and Analysis: Analyze footage and data to detect and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations. Document findings and provide reports to management. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Monitor and manage security systems and equipment servicing.
