To support our continued growth, we have created new role to support the HR department with the creation of better management information and to ensure compliance specifically in relation to our onboarding of new starters.
Working with our Head of HR Operations and Analytics in the UK, this role will: -
- Create regular and bespoke reporting e.g. attrition, holiday and diversity reporting
- Provide analysis for reporting e.g. any positive or negative trends
- Ensure that data captured in the HR system is accurate
- Ensuring that all employees files have the correct and compliant documentation
- Supporting with reference and backgrounds checks
- Familiar with HR systems
- Experienced working in a HR related role managing HR Data (desirable)
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
