Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through data, technology, and innovation Position Overview: The Senior Total Rewards Practitioner is responsible for strategizing, designing, and managing comprehensive rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, and recognition—while championing data-driven decisions and advanced analytics. With HR experience and deep analytical acumen, this position delivers competitive, equitable, and effective rewards solutions closely aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Total Rewards Strategy & Program Design Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of total rewards programs (compensation structures, variable pay, incentive plans, health/welfare benefits, retirement, recognition). Ensure programs promote employee engagement and retention, drive performance, and support business objectives. Advanced Analytics & Insights Collect, interpret, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data relating to compensation, benefits, and market benchmarks. Develop and deploy predictive models and data visualizations to support compensation planning, pay equity analyses, and executive decision-making. Present actionable recommendations to leadership using advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Python, or R). Analyze ROI and effectiveness of total rewards programs and recommend optimizations. Program Administration & Compliance Manage annual and ad hoc compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and market pricing Ensure rewards programs are compliant with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders (HRIS, payroll, finance) to ensure data integrity and seamless administration Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Advise business leaders and HR business partners on rewards best practices and analytics-driven insights. Develop communication materials and training for employees and managers on rewards programs and analytics reports. Foster a culture of transparency, equity, and continuous improvement through regular reporting and feedback loops. Required Competencies Competency Description Total Rewards Technical Expertise Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, recognition, and legislation. Advanced Analytical Skills Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and decision support tools. Business Acumen Strong understanding of how rewards strategies impact business performance and culture. Communication & Influence Ability to simplify and communicate complex analytics and reward concepts to diverse audiences. Strategic & Critical Thinking Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities; lead continuous improvement initiatives. Technology Proficiency Proficiency with HRIS, compensation benchmarking software, and advanced analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms). Project & Change Management Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder adoption. Confidentiality & Compliance Ensure all rewards initiatives uphold legal compliance and organizational integrity . Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field. CCP or equivalent total rewards/compensation certification11. 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards or compensation practices, with a portfolio demonstrating successful analytics projects.
