Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Merchandiser based in Mumbai. The Assistant Production Merchandiser will assist in coordinating production schedules, manage inventory, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role involves collaborating with artisans, supporting quality control processes, and maintaining strong communication with team members. The candidate will also assist in sales and marketing initiatives to enhance retail performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Retail sectors
- Marketing skills to support promotional activities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work cohesively with a diverse team
- Proficiency in using production management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field
