At the core of our operations, we are seeking a seasoned software developer to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. This individual will contribute to designing, implementing, refactoring and optimizing systems with ownership on major project components.

About the Role
  • Solve complex problems and make decisions about technical trade-offs that optimize for prioritized qualities through analysing using multiple perspectives and information.
  • Take ownership, estimate and prioritize groups of work based on previous experience and trade-offs.
  • Own the definition, communication, performance, cost, quality, security and compliance effects of groups of work.

This position involves building the Real-time Reporting & Analytics pipeline at our organization. The ideal candidate has experience in building large-scale cloud applications preferably in a SaaS environment and has previously contributed to real-time data processing, while partnering with team stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Role
  • 4 years' experience working on high-scale applications and data processing pipelines.
  • Proven experience in Software Engineering with a focus on delivering large-scale distributed and high-quality applications.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time data processing technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, ElasticSearch, Flink Spark, ClickHouse, Snowflake, etc).

We value strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones globally. Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with technologies like AWS, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes are preferred.
