Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical expertise and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, define product documentation, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.Key Responsibilities:1) Requirements Gathering & Documentation- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the development team.2) Stakeholder & Client Management- Act as the primary liaison between clients, business teams, and technical teams.- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to validate requirements and demonstrate progress.3) Product & Technical Analysis- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define features and enhancements.- Assist in solution design discussions and ensure feasibility from a technical standpoint.4) Project Support & Delivery- Support the development team during design, build, and testing phases by clarifying requirements.- Contribute to UAT planning, test case reviews, and issue resolution.- Ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in IT, software, or product-driven environments.- Strong experience in preparing BRDs and PRDs.- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and client-facing communication.- Solid technical understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system architectures.- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office / Google Workspace.Preferred Qualifications:- Technical degree (Computer Science / IT / Engineering) or equivalent experience.- Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).- Experience in domains such as Fin Tech, Saa S, or IT services.- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools for basic validation and reporting.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work on impactful client-facing projects.- Collaborative work environment with cross-functional exposure.- Career growth with continuous learning and professional development.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
