Job Title: Embedded Bare Metal FPGA Architect

Location: C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years (with proven architecture and hands-on expertise)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Embedded Bare Metal FPGA Architect to lead, design, develop, and deliver complete platform solutions involving FPGA and Bare Metal system/sub-system design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FPGA design, embedded firmware, and Xilinx MPSoC platforms, along with expertise in low-level programming and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement FPGA-based embedded systems using Xilinx MPSoC (preferably ZCU106/ZCU104)
  • Develop and optimize Bare Metal firmware in Embedded C
  • Lead FPGA design & development, including logic design, synthesis, and validation
  • Work with Xilinx Vitis for application and firmware development
  • Ensure compliance with MISRA C and, where applicable, DO-178C standards
  • Drive device driver development and integration for protocols: I2C, SGMII, UART, SPI
  • Implement security features: authentication, certificates, encryption/decryption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and debugging
  • Utilize QT for GUI-related embedded applications where required
  • Review, optimize, and mentor the team on embedded and FPGA best practices
