Prepare end-to-end documentation process for the allocated share of TP reports/country responsibilities. Preference of prior experience with Financial transaction/Services Transfer Pricing along with understanding of benchmarking analysis. Gathering and analyzing data relating to intercompany transactions within Citi for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. Performing functional interviews and understand complex flows involved in the intercompany transactions. Work in close coordination with the tax teams, business, finance and tax professionals. Regular interaction with business and controllers to understand the business model. Timely and effective escalation management for any business queries. Managing routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information. Preparation of statutory TP disclosures forms, if required Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, other miscellaneous assignments, if required. 2-3 years of experience in direct/ international taxation or tax transfer pricing Financial services TP experience preferred. Knowledge of tax transfer pricing and valuation Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of financial products and financial services industry Advance level knowledge in MS Word and intermediate level knowledge in MS Excel Deadline oriented Excellent interpersonal skills Relevant global regulations on transfer pricing (OECD guidelines, BEPS action plans)
