Job Title: MuleSoft Technical Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented MuleSoft Technical Architect with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MuleSoft development and architecture, with a focus on implementing API-led solutions and integrating with healthcare data exchange standards. The ability to translate from Tibco code to MuleSoft API-led solutions is critical for the success of this project. As a MuleSoft Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing MuleSoft-based solutions to meet our clients' business needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of MuleSoft-based solutions, including API-led connectivity, integration flows, and data transformations.
Translate requirements from Tibco code to MuleSoft API-led solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and best practices.
Design and implement Mule 4-based solutions using CloudHub 2, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
Develop technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on MuleSoft best practices and design patterns.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues in MuleSoft-based solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft features, capabilities, and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in MuleSoft development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center.
Experience with Mule 4 implementation and CloudHub 2 deployment.
Proficiency in designing and implementing API-led connectivity using RAML and/or OpenAPI specifications.
Experience with Tibco integration technologies and the ability to translate from Tibco code to MuleSoft solutions.
Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7, X12, and FHIR.
Experience with MuleSoft Accelerator for Healthcare is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
MuleSoft certification, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect.
Experience with other integration platforms and technologies, such as Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or Apache Camel.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
