Dear Candidate,GreetingsPosition - Superintendent Civil ( Construction)Location - India ( Mumbai)Industry - Oil & GasExperience - Min 20 yearsMajor Responsibilities:Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff within the area of responsibility.Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements.Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirementsEnforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documentsCoordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.Coordinates with engineering on constructability issues

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Technical knowledge of all phases of Civil construction activities relating to a or multiple area.Thorough knowledge of construction activities as they relate to engineering disciplines, cost and scheduling, and contract administration.Knowledge of standards and specification and codes as applicable, including various safety procedures and practices associated with the construction activities.Familiar with Business Ethics handbook and policiesInterested candidates can share their cv
