Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead iOS Developer with expertise in cross-platform development to join our dynamic team. As the Lead iOS Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional build quality across iOS and Android platforms. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with designers and product managers, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS development, proficiency in cross-platform development tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software Lead a team of iOS developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

2. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code solutions for cross-platform development.

4. Ensure the adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques for iOS and Android platforms.

5. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

6. Work closely with quality assurance teams to define test cases, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the overall quality of the application.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development technologies and frameworks, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

8. Lead efforts to optimize app performance, enhance user experience, and address any compatibility issues across different devices and OS versions.

9. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, databases, and other backend services into the mobile application.

10. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) in iOS development, with a strong portfolio of iOS applications developed and deployed to the App Store.

3. Extensive experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, or similar.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, and/or Kotlin.

5. In-depth knowledge of iOS SDK, Xcode IDE, Android Studio, and other relevant development tools.

6. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns, and best practices.

7. Experience with version control systems such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect, polished user interfaces.

9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

10. Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading development teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure for mobile application development.

2. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

3. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.

4. Experience in developing applications with a focus on accessibility and internationalization.

5. Certifications in iOS development or cross-platform development frameworks.
