Job Title: Associate – Litigation

Location: Noida

Key Responsibility

  • Conduct legal research on various issues relating to ongoing cases, including statutory interpretation, case law, and procedural rules.
  • Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Help develop strategies for pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures.
  • Draft and review contracts, settlement agreements, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses to ensure clarity, compliance, and legal accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients to gather facts, provide case updates, and discuss legal strategies. Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing legal counsel.
  • Assist in hearings, arbitrations, and trials, and, when appropriate, handle smaller matters independently.
  • Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation, ensuring client interests are effectively represented.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to develop legal strategies, prepare for depositions, and review discovery.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and schedules. Organize and maintain case documentation and ensure compliance with court procedures.
  • Provide written and verbal legal advice to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.
  • Stay updated on developments in litigation and dispute resolution practice areas, continuing legal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.

  • Proficient in legal drafting and document review.

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Salary: As per industrial norms
