Job Responsibilities:

Projects:

Oversee the implementation of project improvements.

Identify and drive process improvement ideas.

Identify and suggest best and cost effective software and systems to maximum the utilization and productivity

Drive simplification and automation initiatives to projects

People:

Lead and manage a team of GIS specialists

Take ownership of critical escalations and resolve through effective communication

Collaborate with other internal departments for information and support

Conduct 1:1 sessions with Specialists for feedback and maximize their potential

Create a healthy work environment for all, empowering the team with task delegation and ownership

Enforce health and safety precautions

Create a positive, collaborative, communicative, innovative, and efficient work culture.

Stakeholder:

Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels

Liaise with stakeholders to formulate objectives and understand requirements

Collaborate with innovation team on technical issues

HSE Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his workplace. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe to be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire to report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager to complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.
