Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Manager – Retail Expansion to join our EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail and leasing, exceptional decision-making abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the Manager – Retail Expansion, you will be responsible for meeting lessors/malls, preparing property details, coordinating lease agreements, and ensuring timely completion of fit-out projects. If you have a proven track record in leasing and mall coordination and are open to travel, we welcome you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities :
  • Meet lessors/malls and gather property details for evaluation and selection.
  • Provide the latest market knowledge and competitor details to aid in decision-making.
  • Prepare compelling presentations for internal approvals.
  • Handle all paperwork and coordination for lease agreements and franchisee agreements.
  • Manage leasing documents and complete necessary formalities.
  • Coordinate deposits and rental payments promptly.
  • Respond to queries promptly via phone, messages, and emails.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals based on favorable leasing terms and conditions.
  • Establish and maintain smooth relationships with renters and tenants.
  • Stay updated with the latest property developments and market status.
  • Coordinate with the Design and Project teams of both parties for fit-out works.
  • Ensure on-time completion of fit-out projects.
  • Facilitate timely documentation and formalities for store openings.
  • Oversee agreement renewals and negotiations.

Requirements Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in leasing and mall coordination.
  • Specialization in retail or related field.
  • Openness to travel as per business requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities.

Requirements
Preferred Candidate We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in dealer-distribution and retail sales management, preferably in the luggage division. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of managing multiple sales doors operations, strong experience in using advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and must hold a graduate degree. Qualitative Skills Sales and goals-oriented personality. Solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and organized. Excellent presentation skills.
