Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data modeling and visualization, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to drive data-driven decisions and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analyses.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with statistical tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) or cloud data solutions.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics frameworks.
