Overview:
We are looking for a talented Research Analyst cum Content Writer (1-2) years of experience required (Commerce, Economics or Business background Preferred) who can produce compelling, accurate, and insightful content & research across a variety of topics. The position is for Superkreatives . This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a knack for in-depth research, creative storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, mortgage rates, policies, and industry benchmarks.
Analyze complex financial data, including loan performance, market forecasts, and housing statistics.
Research regulatory changes affecting the mortgage landscape.
Content Creation:
Write blogs, articles, whitepapers, newsletters, and case studies about mortgage products and trends.
Develop consumer-focused content (e.g., mortgage tips, refinancing guides) and technical pieces for professionals.
Create SEO-optimized website content to improve visibility and engagement.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, legal, and underwriting teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and compliance.
Simplify financial jargon for audiences ranging from first-time homebuyers to investors.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
Present insights through reports, infographics, and dashboards.
Use charts and graphs to make data digestible for readers.
Audience Engagement:
Craft content that builds trust, answers queries, and establishes authority in the mortgage domain.
Monitor content performance and adapt strategies to improve reader engagement.
Skills Required:
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the mortgage and real estate sectors, including loan types, credit scoring, and refinancing.
Research Expertise:
Ability to identify credible sources and derive insights from complex datasets.
Content Writing Proficiency:
Strong command of language and storytelling for varied audiences.
SEO knowledge to maximize online reach.
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or mortgage-specific software.
Communication Skills:
Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy.
Tools Commonly Used:
Writing Platforms: WordPress, Grammarly, and Hemingway.
Requirements:
Proven experience with (1-3) Years as a content writer, researcher, or similar role.
Strong research skills and a deep understanding of online content creation.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems .
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines consistently.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business or related field (preferred but not required).
