Having a wide range of client base across the world IDEAELAN is leading in itsindustry.Formore details please visit:JobResponsibilities:Bea technical subject matter expert to support the salesteamWork closely with the client facing salesteam and technical professionals to achieve clientsatisfaction.Performs extensivetroubleshooting analysis and responds to emails tickets and chat ina timely manner.Provide adequate weeklymonthly reports to stakeholders.Performsfocused professional product training andqueries.Responds to RFPs with detail andprofessionalism.Responds tofunctional/nonfunctional requirementdocumentsResponds to data privacy/securityquestions.Maintains and continually upgradestechnical understanding of productsProvidestechnical leadership and ensures technical issues areresolvedWork with other peers to enhancesolution offerings and providefeedback.Ensures training of staff to achievebusiness objectivesProvides guidance andleadership on performance management and softwaresolutions.Coaches mentors and helps developother members of the Support team.Ensures thatall team members work efficiently to achieve the highest level ofclientsatisfaction.

SpecialSkills and KnowledgeRequirement:

Demonstratedability to resolve complex presales and post sales technicalproblems working with demopersonnel.Demonstrated ability to presenttechnical concepts in a clear manner to customers through trainingemail and tickets.Ability to work externallyand internally with all levels of theorganizationOutstanding Communication skillswould be an added advantage.Strong ability inusing MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)Visio.Ability to handle data withconfidentialityGood indocumentationorganizational and time managementskillsGood in communication skills(verbal andoral)BSc or Masters in Science orrelevant field; additional education in Technical ProductManagement will be aplus.
