Job Title: Science Activities Developer

Workplace: Onsite - ABL Education LLP, Sector 63, Noida

Work Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM

Role Overview

The Science Activities Developer is responsible for designing and developing hands-on, interactive science projects and activities for students in grades 1-9. This role emphasizes creating impactful learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and deep conceptual understanding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Activity Development:

- Create engaging, curriculum-aligned science activities and projects.- Ensure activities enhance students' understanding of scientific principles while promoting innovation and problem-solving.

2. Testing & Validation:

- Conduct trials and amendments for activities to ensure effectiveness.- Certify activities for scalable use in schools.

3. Training & Support:

- Train school science teachers on implementing the developed activities.- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful integration in classrooms.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with mentors, educators, and the R&D team.- Report administratively to the CEO and functionally to the Chief Mentor.

5. Additional Duties:

- Conduct school surveys to understand and address educational needs.- Manage other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience designing hands-on science activities for grades 1-9.- Strong understanding of diverse scientific principles across disciplines.- Creativity and innovation in developing student-friendly projects.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in STEM education with knowledge of robotics, coding, or related fields.- Familiarity with school systems and working with educators.- Ability to train teachers in science-based activities.
