We are growing our India-based team and looking for technically excellent Revit specialists who can deliver coordinated Structural and MEP models for complex London projects.About the RoleWe are seeking aRevit Technician (Structure & MEP)with strong experience inBIM modelling and coordination , to support our multidisciplinary delivery team.This role isfully remote (work from home within India)and offers the opportunity to work directly with our London engineering and architectural teams. You will be responsible for producing highly detailed and coordinatedStructural and MEP Revit models , drawings, and associated technical documentation.You’ll join a dynamic, growing studio that values precision, reliability, and innovation in digital design.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and manageRevit modelsfor bothStructuralandMEP disciplines.Produce accurate2 D drawingsand3 D deliverablesfrom Revit models.Collaborate with the UK architectural and engineering teams to ensurecross-discipline coordination.ApplyBIM Level 2 standardsand maintain consistent modelling protocols.Manage model updates, revisions, and version control usingAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Assist inclash detectionand issue tracking through Navisworks or similar tools.Support the setup of Revit templates, family libraries, and content for consistent project delivery.Contribute to ongoing improvement of BIM workflows and quality standards.RequirementsDiploma or Degreein Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of Revit experiencefocused onStructural and/or MEPdisciplines.Proven ability tomodel and coordinatestructural framing, foundations, services, and systems accurately.Strong technical understanding of construction assemblies and building services layouts.Experience in preparingGA drawings ,sections , anddetailed layouts.Familiarity withBS1192/BIM Level 2standards and UK workflows.ExcellentEnglish communication skills(written and spoken).High attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.DesirableExperience working onUK or London projects.Familiarity withUK structural and MEP standards(e.g., CIBSE, IStruct E).Proficiency withNavisworks ,Bluebeam , orAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Good understanding ofarchitecture and coordination workflows.What We OfferOpportunity to work onprestigious London residential and hotel developments.A collaborative, international team environment.Exposure to high-quality, real-world BIM coordination processes.Long-term career prospects in a growing international design studio.Support for skill development and continuous learning in advanced Revit and BIM tools.How to ApplyPlease submit:YourCVPortfolio or sample drawings/models(PDF or online link)Ashort cover letterincluding:Youravailability / notice periodYourexpected monthly salary (INR)⚠️Applications without this information will not be considered.Shorten Studio Private LimitedAn exciting multi-disciplinary studio based in India, delivering London-quality design and technical excellence.
