As the Head – Innovations & Start Up Ecosystem , you will spearhead the creation of a vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem , nurturing the next generation of creators, inventors, and changemakers. Your mission: to transform breakthrough ideas into viable products, ventures, and social impact initiatives across disciplines. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (IIC/Start-up cell) aligned with MoE’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) . Design and drive startup incubation and accelerator programs in emerging domains such as AI, HealthTech, AgriTech, FinTech, and Sustainability. Facilitate research commercialization, patenting, and spin-off creation in collaboration with industry partners. Build cross-disciplinary innovation labs and startup hubs that empower students and faculty to prototype, test, and scale their ideas. Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, venture networks, investors, and corporates . Curate Brainware Innovation Summits and Startup Showcases to highlight entrepreneurial talent and attract external collaboration. ️ What You’ll Build:- Innovation Labs & Startup Hubs across multidisciplinary verticals.
