Job Title: Civil 3 D Modeler Location: Mangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3+ Years Industry: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / BIM Job Summary: We are looking for a Civil 3 D Modeler with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Civil 3 D. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3 D models and drawings for landscape, grading, dry & wet utilities, and infrastructure projects , while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate and clash-free models. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Civil 3 D models for grading, utilities, and infrastructure works. Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, and pipe networks (stormwater, sanitary, water). Execute earthwork grading, cut & fill analysis , and quantity take-offs . Generate coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings . Coordinate with other disciplines using Navisworks Manage for clash detection and resolution. Work on GCC Shop Drawings , Landscape , and Highway Modelling projects. Support BIM workflows through all design stages. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers. Requirements: B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Autodesk Civil 3 D. Proficiency in: Civil 3 D (Surfaces, Grading, Alignments, Pipe Networks, Subassembly Composer & Part-Builder) Auto CAD (Drawing linkage and cleanup) Navisworks Manage (Clash detection and coordination) Strong understanding of infrastructure and utility design workflows . Capable of independent decision-making for international projects (US, UK & Asia). Excellent communication, technical, and documentation skills in English.
